There are three types of licenses according to the company’s requirement:
Service License – Allows the registered entity to carry out only specified services
Industrial License - Allows the registered entity to import raw material, manufacture, and process, assemble, package and export the finished product.
Trade License - Allows the registered entity to import, export, and distributes the items specified in the license.
Commercial entities planning to pursue their activities within Dubai Silicon Oasis are required to establish their legal presence through the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) and obtain a valid License for the activities they propose to conduct through the entity in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
